This, along with her knack for developing leaders and strategic business planning, makes AMK Consulting a fantastic resource that many companies have come to rely on.

Anne Marie possesses an M.A. in industrial/organizational psychology, an SPHR, and is an authorized DiSC partner and certified DiSC facilitator. With these tools and her many years of experience working in the utility and medical/diagnostics manufacturing industries, Anne Marie excels in helping companies navigate team and cultural challenges. She also has a knack for developing leaders. Anne Marie started her career in Human Resources with Pall Corporation, a global leader in high-tech filtration, separation, and purification systems where she provided human resources solutions for all parts of the business including operations, research & development, engineering, and logistics. Following this, Anne Marie joined Gulf Power (now Florida Power & Light) and later Georgia Power, subsidiaries of Southern Company, one of the nation’s largest generators of electricity. With Southern Company, Anne Marie consulted and partnered with various organizations including power generation, customer service, security, and general counsel. Anne Marie’s experience includes time spent in union, high-tech manufacturing, and plant-based environments, as well as non-union, corporate, and executive settings. Her consulting experience has centered around the areas of strategic business planning, succession and workforce planning, talent development, culture and team building, training, performance management, and employee selection. Anne Marie sets herself apart from other consultants because she is a firm believer in quickly digging in to learning the “nuts and bolts” of her client’s business. This critical first step is fundamental to providing excellent service and tailored solutions.
